Parent Survey - Reopening Schools & Afterschool/Child Care Needs

The COVID-19 pandemic has effected everyone’s lives, especially our students. The pandemic will cause significant disruptions to this year’s school schedule; possible changes include shorter in-school instruction time and the addition of at home eLearning days for students. Anchorage’s before and after-school providers are working together to coordinate care for Anchorage, Eagle River, and Girdwood families in response to COVID-19.

Please complete this brief 5-minute family survey to help before and after-school providers determine the need for care. This survey is designed for the parents of children attending K-6 elementary schools in Anchorage, Girdwood, and Eagle River. No personal identifiable or demographic information will be collected in this survey.
