Conduct/Anti-violence Signs in the ED

Violence in the emergency department is unacceptable. ACEP is working to strengthen protections for physicians, care teams, and patients in the ED by increasing public awareness, advocating for policy changes, and developing resources to help professionals mitigate and respond to these incidents.

While some hospitals post patient and visitor conduct signs in their EDs, others do not. Help us collect examples of these signs to better inform our strategic next advocacy steps by uploading it here. Your submission is completely anonymous -- we only ask that you provide the state where the sign's hospital is located.
