Please provide the symposia information, which will be featured in the final EWMA 2027 online programme and the EWMA 2027 App.
- Speakers may collaborate with a maximum of two companies for Industry Symposia.
- Speakers are required to inform any company that invites them if they have already agreed to collaborate with another company at the conference.
- We also recommend that companies ask their invited speakers whether they have already accepted invitations from other companies to avoid scheduling conflicts.
We kindly ask you to submit your speaker information as soon as you have confirmed your speakers, even if the presentation title is not yet available.
Submission deadlines
Please note that there are two separate deadlines:
- Submission of speaker names: 31 January
- Submission of presentation titles: 1 April
Early submission allows us to verify the information, identify any potential conflicts with other Industry Symposia, and notify you promptly if the same speaker has already been confirmed by another company for the same date.
