Resident Scrutiny Request Form

The resident scrutiny panel is a group of West Kent residents recruited to carry out 2-3 in-depth reviews per year. They review services that affect all residents. To date they have looked at:

Employment and training (2021)
Repairs (2022)
Voice of Residents (2023)
Repairs (2024)
Voids (2024)
Community safety (2024)
Service charge communication (2025)
Service improvement for physically disabled residents (2025- current)

The review programme aims to include topics suggested by residents. Thank you for your suggestion which will be considered by the Panel. We will let you know the outcome.
