If your company plans to use ANY non-official, exhibitor-appointed contractor for labor supervision not listed as ISPOR’s official contractor, Feeman,  you will need to complete an EAC Application. Please note that notification must come from the Exhibiting Company and not the Contractor. Requests coming directly from the Contractor will not be acknowledged.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractors should contact their client for Exhibitor Kits, booth numbers, floor plans and other information relating to the Exhibitor’s booth.  Please share the exhibitor information webpage with your contractors.

Information on how to access the exhibit hall, load in and load out will be sent shortly.  Contractors need to be on the list to gain access.
The Exhibiting Company is responsible for providing the EAC any emails sent from ISPOR with exhibit information as well as provide the EAC with the web link to the Exhibitor Information which contains pertinent information that they will need.

If an outside contractor contacts ISPOR directly and we do not have them on file we cannot share information with them until the exhibiting company confirms they have contracted the provider.
