Owner's Survey on YPs industry knowledge and it's affects on the project.

This survey is to target Owners of non-residential Capital Projects and gauge their perspective on the value provided by Young Professionals ("YP", less than 7 years in their career), their knowledge skill set and how it affects their investments, and if improvements are made by employers are they marketable.

This survey is focused on YPs who are employed by A&Es, CMs/GCs, and Owner's Agents. When completing this survey, please consider all entities in your charge.
