ISAC Workshop on Mass Cytometry: Best Practices for Development and Implementation of Automated, Standardized Multiparameter CyTOF Panels

In this survey, we intend to find concrete answers to the four key areas of Mass Cytometry that we are addressing and discussing in the workshop.

1) Ease-of-use (2) High cost (3) Creation of large panels (4) Data analysis and visualization

We will discuss the survey results during the workshop and hope that it will help us to understand and provide a conclusion for the creation of best practices to enable and assist SRLs interested or tasked with implementation of this powerful technology.
