NDEDIC 2026 Summit Call for Proposals

About the Summit

The 2026 NDEDIC Summit will be held April 28-30, 2026 in Omaha, NE. The NDEDIC Summit brings together a network of leaders in the dental industry working together to elevate the exchange and usage of standard electronic transactions and digital information across the dental ecosystem.

Attendees represent all segments of the dental industry, including payers, providers, clearinghouses, practice management vendors, industry consultants, industry-related associations, and more.

Call for Proposals

NDEDIC's Education and Conference Committee is currently seeking proposals for presentations to be delivered during the Summit.

Presentations must be educational in nature, and they must provide fair and full disclosure as well as equitable balance of all aspects of the topic being presented. No endorsements, commercial promotion, or sales-focused topics will be permitted. All program materials must be free from promotional influence and/or content.

Proposals must include the following information:

Primary contact information;
Proposed session title;
A brief session description – approximately 100 words, in paragraph form, describing the intent and content of the proposed presentation; and
Brief biography (approximately 50 words) for each presenter

Program Length

Sessions are typically 60 minutes in length, inclusive of a question/answer period. It may also be possible to accommodate 90-minute sessions featuring multiple panelists.

Speaker Registration Discount

Speakers will receive a complimentary Summit registration (normally priced at $849 for members and $1,249 for non-members). No other form of compensation or reimbursement is provided.

Submission Deadline

Proposals will be reviewed if they include all required information, are educational in nature, and are received on or before January 31, 2026, or until such time as all presentation slots have been filled.
