1.Why would you choose Happy Family over other Asian restaurants? (e.g. what do you like about our place?, is it the food?, the cost, the distance from your home? etc...)
2.What brought you to this shopping center today? (e.g. looking for X store, or passing by, gas refuel. etc... )
3.How could we improve the shopping centers experience? (I asked this because the shopping center has seen a decline in traffic over the years)
4.How could we (Happy Family, Inc.) Improve the experience for you?; We know 3.0 stars on Google Reviews doesn't look good on paper, but we're trying our best for the remaining few months.
5.What age group would you consider yourself in?
If the restaurant seems like a "Garage Sale" we've been clearing out our House; getting ready to move out of Norman. All items you see in the restaurant marked with a price tag are purchasable.
Suggestion - Next time you order from Happy Family, give the owners there a complement! They've worked day in day out 7 days a week, 264 days a year, with the only break being Thanksgiving! They've been so passionate about serving food for the Entirety of Norman. #BestChineseFoodInNorman, #Cheap
