BATSICCHA 2019 Tenant Survey |
Welcome to the BATSICCHA 2019 Tenant Survey
As part of BATSICCHA’s 10year Economic Development Strategy, we have set a target to enhance the level and type of support that we provide to community housing tenants, in support of our strategic priority of supporting community housing tenants to become economically empowered and transition to the private rental or home ownership markets.
The aim is to ultimately develop and implement a comprehensive case management model that provides individualised and culturally secure case management and coordination services to tenants and households, to support them in addressing their wrap-around health, social and economic/financial needs, and ultimately, in successfully transitioning from community housing into private rental or home ownership markets.
We identify that a key first step in working toward development and implementation of the new case management services to be delivered as part of future tenancy arrangements with BATSICCHA, is to receive input and feedback from tenants about your current needs; and the priorities and aspirations of you and your household.
We are also keen to receive tenant feedback around the need, use and place for introduction of the new case management and coordination supports, and to obtain your views around the type and mix of services that you would like to see as part of the future case management model.

To these ends, BATSICCHA has developed the 2019 Tenant Survey to seek feedback around these topic areas. The survey is confidential and de-identified, so you and your household will not be named or identifiable as part of any analysis or write-up.
The survey should take around 15-30 minutes to complete. The close date for submission of completed surveys is Friday 15 November 2019.
All information collected as part of this project will be stored securely and only be accessible by the project key personnel.
Please complete the consent box at the start of the form to confirm you provide willing and informed consent to participate in this survey.
