St. Francis de Sales Parish & School are interested in learning what we can do to help support our school and grow student enrollment. The following survey is designed for parents and parish members. This includes families with students enrolled at St. Francis de Sales School as well as other schools. We also invite parish members at large to provide feedback on your overall perceptions of the School. This includes individuals who may not have children, who were alumni or simply belong to the parish.
