6.Check all programs that your child would like to participate in this Summer. We do provide all the instruments and equipment for these programs. All programs have LIMITED spots. Spots will be filled in the order of sign-up
7.We are considering offering a Woodwind Instruments Class. This class would be open to students entering grades 6 and up who have their own instrument. Would your child be interested in participating in a Woodwind Instruments class this summer?

9.By signing up for a pull-out program (such as Choir, Guitar, Violin, String Quartet, Recording Studio, Drums, etc.), members are expected to commit to the full duration of the program. These are not drop-in activities, members may try the class during the first week, but after that, they must either fully commit or withdraw. Attendance is required to prepare for our end-of-summer showcase.

If a class takes place at the Teen Center, Boys & Girls Club staff will walk or bus members there and back safely.

Parents/guardians will be responsible for any damage to equipment or instruments during classes or that are checked out to members.
