The State of our District

Throughout first semester, educators across the District have faced huge challenges: not enough time to do our jobs and too much stress dealing with COVID, challenging student behaviors, lack of substitutes and other staff. Some have said this year is more stressful than last year.

We would like to gather district-wide data in addition to the many stories we have heard to share with District leadership about these struggles. While some schools are in outbreak status, others have had no COVID cases at all this year. Some schools lack multiple substitutes each day, while others are doing pretty well in covering for absent colleagues. We need your support to gather better data, and your ideas to craft better solutions.

Please take a few minutes to share your experiences this year so we can all come together to push for solutions.
