Thank you for your interest in our Coronavirus / COVID-19 Business Impact Survey. In this survey we are interested in learning how your business is functioning during the Phase 2 reopening. This is the third survey about the business response to and impact from COVID-19. Acadiana is committed to building a better business environment by acting on information we receive from leaders within the business community.

This survey is a joint effort of chambers of commerce, economic development, non-profit, and workforce development organizations from around the region.
