• Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is a rare aggressive endocrine cancer with a heterogeneous and difficult to predict clinical outcome.
  • The S-GRAS score combines clinical and histopathological variables (tumour stage, grade, resection status, age, and symptoms) and showed its superior prognostic performance for patients with ACC in an international, multicenter ENSAT cohort study (Elhassan et al EJE 2021).
  • The prognostic role of S-GRAS score has been confirmed in different datasets including paediatric ACC (Lin et al Endocr Connect 2022, Mihai BJS Open 2024, Baek et al Endocrinol Metab 2024, Riedmeier et al EJE 2024).
  • We have developed and validated a web-based ACC prediction tool based on S-GRAS parameters using the S-GRAS score dataset and independent datasets (Saygili et al JCEM 2025).
  • We recently updated the web-based ACC prediction tool (https://acc-survival.streamlit.app) and improved it in terms of functionality and interactivity (v2, June 2025).
