HCMC 2027 Call for Volunteers

Welcome!

Thank you for considering serving as a volunteer with HCMC! The consortium could not be a success without dedicated volunteers and we greatly appreciate all of the work that they do. We strive to make your volunteer experience meaningful. This survey includes a tentative listing of HCMC's 2027 committees. The final listing may change slightly and other work groups may be formed if needed to respond to emerging issues.

About Volunteering
Volunteers must be current HCMC members. Because we typically have more volunteers than positions open, we need to ensure that those appointed are able to participate. Appointments to committees are typically for a one or two-year term beginning January 1 of a given year. Volunteers actively participate in the work of the group, provide thoughtful input to deliberations, focus on the best interests of HCMC and its membership, and work toward accomplishing the committee’s goals.

Appointment Process
Volunteers are appointed by the HCMC President, but report to the chair of their respective committee on day-to-day activities. If you are not appointed it may not be because you are not qualified but may be due to the current composition of the committee. We strongly encourage those who are not appointed to please apply again next year.
