Objective of the Survey:
Thank you for taking the time to complete the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automated Valuation Processes (AVPs) Survey.
This survey was developed by The Appraisal Foundation’s Business Valuation Resource Panel (BVRP) to better understand the impact of AI and AVPs on the business valuation profession. Although participation is voluntary, your feedback is vital to our efforts to develop guidance that professionals can rely on and trust when incorporating these tools into their valuation practices.
This initiative was launched in response to the growing investment in AI and AVP technologies across the profession, as well as increased interest from practitioners and users—including attorneys, auditors, regulators, business owners, and executives—in understanding their potential implications and applications.

This survey consists of 26 questions on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automated Valuation Processes (AVPs), divided into two sections based on whether you are a practitioner or a user of AI/AVPs. Additional questions address demographic information and The Appraisal Foundation’s outreach efforts.
