This form serves to collect general feedback from the Windgate III community from Sept 7- July 25, 2019. Use this form to submit questions, comments, suggestions, complaints, suggestions, requests etc. Please note that not all submissions will be acted upon, nor will respondents be contacted individually, unless deemed necessary. Note: This form is different from the initial general feedback survey that was open to the community until September 5th. The purpose of that survey was to guide annual planning decisions for the Board and create a baseline agenda. This *newer* survey will be used as an alternate contact method for submitting information to the Association.
