ZimLA Association Engagement 2017-2019

The survey was designed  to find out the level of satisfaction of association members and non-members through various activities that are conducted from time to time. We seek to get an honest response and feedback about the functionality of the association based on the level of participation. The study entitled, ‘Association Engagement: Investigating the relationship between membership to the Zimbabwe Library Association (ZimLA), member retention and satisfaction’. The objective of this study is to clarify what is meant by association engagement. A meta-analysis may be used to combine the results of multiple scientific studies on ‘Organisational Engagement’. The information gathered during the study will be used for investigation purposes and all responses treated as anonymous unless any respondent feels free to divulge their identity.  The findings will be presented at the Zimbabwe Library Association (ZimLA) 53rd Pre-Conference and Annual Conference to be held from the 2nd to the 5th of July 2019, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe
