The Outstanding Researcher Award recognizes students for their contributions to undergraduate research. An outstanding researcher makes his or her research a priority and exhibits a good work ethic. Attitude, academic skills, ability, perceptiveness, and self-discipline should be considered when making a nomination. An outstanding student researcher is an advocate for undergraduate research as evidenced by presentations, publications, exhibits, and performances.
