Welcoming America invites you to participate as an Exhibitor at the Welcoming Interactive April 21 - 23, 2021 in Charlotte, NC.

Showcasing your products and services at the Interactive is a powerful and cost-effective way to reach and influence hundreds of decision-makers whose organizations are leading a movement of welcoming and inclusiveness within their communities.

There is no exhibitor fee, and you will receive (2) complimentary registrations for those working at your exhibitor table. Space is limited and will be provided at a first-come first-serve basis.

The deadline to submit your application is March 31, 2021.

Please review the information below.
  • Load-in: Thursday, April 22 - 7:30 am -8:00 am; unload at main hotel entrance, valet service available
  • Location: Charlotte Marriott City Center 100 West Trade St. Charlotte, NC 28202 (second floor meeting space)
  • Exhibitor tables will be 6' x 30' and will be outside of the main ballroom and along main meeting room hallway
  • Attendance is anticipated to be 400+ (municipal, nonprofit and research communities)
  • Exhibitor tables must be staffed during Interactive hours (April 22, 8am – 5pm; April 23, 8am – 2pm)
  • Meals, refreshments and receptions are included
  • Free conference dedicated internet wireless will be available
  • Electricity: If you need a power drop at your table, please contact the onsite PSAV representative, Colin Hoggard at choggard@psav.com. Welcoming America will not cover costs for electrical needs.
  • Shipping: If you will mail your materials in advance, please address labels as noted below:

         Once shipped, please email the Marriott Event Manager,
         Jordan Spaller at jordan.spaller@marriott.com and provide
         your tracking number.         

         The Marriott will accept up to 10 boxes on your behalf. If
         boxes arrive more than 3 days before the event, a $5/per box
         receiving fee will be charged to the exhibitor. If shipping more
         than 10 boxes, a $5/per box receiving fee will be charged to
         the exhibitor.
  • Parking: Valet parking - $10 for the first hour, $5 for each additional hour, daily max of $30
