The Data Exchange Stakeholder Engagement Workshop survey

Thank you for your interest in the Data Exchange.
 
The Australian Government Department of Social Services (DSS) is aware of a number of barriers affecting service providers' use of the Data Exchange optional extended data set known as the Partnership Approach. The results of this survey will influence how the Department can better support providers, in particular with the process of measuring and reporting client outcomes into Standard Client Outcomes Reporting (SCORE).

This survey will be open until 4 May 2018.

Individual responses will be shared with the Department, but remain anonymous.
