Town of Thomaston Affordable Housing Survey |
The Planning & Zoning Commission seeks your input to help develop an Affordable Housing Plan for the Town of Thomaston. Section 8-30j of the General Statutes requires all Connecticut municipalities to prepare an Affordable Housing Plan every five years. Once adopted, the plan will help guide decision-making in order to better address our residents’ housing needs.
The following questions ask your thoughts about current housing options in Thomaston, affordable housing in general, and more specifically, the type of housing Thomaston needs now and over the next ten years. While there will be several opportunities for input from Thomaston residents during the process of developing this Plan, this survey is an important first step and should only take about 10 minutes of your time.
Unless you provide your contact information in Section 3 below, all responses to the survey will be anonymous; results will be grouped and summarized prior to being reported.
