HCNPA Communications Survey

As we move further into the COVID 19 Pandemic we are expecting social distancing recommendations to continue beyond our immediate future and would like to include our membership in the decision on how to proceed with serving your needs. Your Steering Committee is committed to adapting organizational processes to continue providing clinical support, social interaction, and educational opportunities for our members but need your help to determine the best way to do so.  Please take a moment and complete this brief survey as to your preferred communication methods, meeting options, and charitable contribution recipient(s).  Thank you for your time and participation.

Please provide comment or suggestion below as to your charity of choice.  Direct contributions from the organization cannot be made to any political parties or political action committees (PACs) as outlined by our 501(c)3 designation.  If you would like to suggest an event to raise funds for legislative action, any contributions will need to be made directly from the member to the political organization or committee.   Examples include but not limited to: Local Food Bank, Animal Shelter, Family Services/Shelter; RIP Medical Debt, etc)
