1. This survey is being conducted by Adler Weiner Research in order to determine your eligibility for a focus group or interview about which you have been contacted. At no point are your individual answers ever sold or shared with our clients (aggregate data or anonymized summaries of the overall survey information may possibly be shared with our clients, however). Question Title

2. Thanks again for your interest in our study with Parents of girls ages 4 to 8 about Kids Entertainment! (this study is for your daughter and 2 of her friends/siblings/cousins that the same age/ gender)

The groups will take place IN PERSON on Thursday, April 16th and Monday, April 20th

IMPORTANT! This study is a friendship interview. It would be for your daughter plus 2 of her friends/ siblings/ cousins etc etc that around the same age range.

Each child will receive a $115 digital payment for her time.

Please check off which times, if any, your child would be available. If she qualify and we have a spot for her in the study; we will be in touch!

All times listed are in Pacific Standard Time.

Please keep in mind checking off times does NOT mean she is recruited for the project; you MUST be contacted by a recruiter. (Required.)
