We capture and score these KPI's for Hotels, Motels, B&B's and Serviced Apartments to provide insight to owners and operators of these businesses. By completing this brief survey, you will receive a summary report of not only your scores but a comparison of your results against the data set so you can identify areas you may like to improve in your sales, marketing and operations.
