Part 4 of 6

To identify a set of Significant Dynamic Characteristics for Project Success
Dynamic project features in software development, on the other hand, are viewed as a system that is integrated and
interactive instead of using isolated practices. Each project will need a ‘blank canvas’ as every project is unique and is
‘context-based’ (R. G. Cooper, 2014). These include the need for an iterative feedback to balance stakeholders
requirements, hybrid combination and mixing patters (small, medium and large projects), tailoring, human resource
management, sales and contracting (Georgios Theocharis et. al, 2016), managing time-delays in implementing change
requests, ‘non-linear’ cause-effect relationship between scheduled pressure and adding new personnel in its investigation in the use of the model for agile practices (Cao Lan et al., 2010). Rigid corporate governance in terms of corporate
cultures also needs to be mellowed.

In summary, dynamic Characteristics are unique and context-based on the project, i.e., brings areas close to system
development and are determined at the start of the project which makes them non-negotiable as the project progresses.
