Computer-Based Testing (CBT) Proctor Training Webinar

Registration is now open for the CBT Proctor Training Webinar, occurring on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, and will be held from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.

The target audience for this presentation are teachers and other educators who will be proctoring the operational 3-8 ELA and Math computer-based tests this spring. The Proctor Training Webinar will cover essential responsibilities as the role of a CBT proctor, including logging in to Nextera Admin, finding your class lists and students, preparing for test day, and active proctoring the tests. The webinar will provide the opportunity for attendees to chat questions to NYSED during the presentation. We will also have a Q&A session at the end of the webinar.

If you are viewing the webinar with others in a group, it is not necessary for everyone to register—please register once for the location and organize attendance at your location.

This webinar will be recorded and made available on CBT Support in the CBT Resources section within 48 hours after the webinar session.

Please Note: There will be a separate proctor webinar for CBT field testing in May. We will not cover proctoring specifics for paper tests in either webinar presentation.

After completing registration, a Go-To- Meeting webinar link will be sent in a confirmation email to registrants within 48 business hours of registration.
