Indiana Library Federation invites all Indiana Public Libraries to participate in the self-assessment. The primary goal is to identify needs among libraries individually and collectively. By participating, you agree that your library's data will be aggregated for sharing with Indiana libraries.  Information will be kept confidential for use by the PL2030 Committee and only shared in aggregated form, unless express permission is granted. Your library's individual information may be shared with our support team with only your permission (i.e., you may request help with a section or participate in resulting training or technical assistance program).

* ILF will treat the ratings and information submitted with care and sensitivity. By submitting information and ratings on behalf of your library, you are agreeing to have your rating information aggregated with all libraries and by library class, once a critical mass of library responses are submitted.
