Floating Offshore Wind 2024 Exhibitor sustainability plan

We're committed to working closely with our exhibitors and sponsors to ensure the exhibition and associated build are as environmentally friendly as possible. We ask all our exhibitors to submit a sustainability plan indicating your efforts to minimise the environmental impact surrounding your exhibition stand.
Both exhibitors with space only and shell scheme stands must complete this form by 23 August.
If you have a space only stand, your stand contractor must submit a separate stand contractor sustainability form.

Please describe your plans to reduce waste associated with your stand activities during Floating Offshore Wind 2024. These are just some examples of things we’d love to hear you’re doing:

· You’re only using digital promotional materials instead of paper.

· You’re not using plastic-based materials.

· You’re re-using materials produced for past events.

· Your promotional materials are made of recycled materials and/or are easily recyclable.

· You’ll repurpose all stand materials for future events.

· If you have coffee or catering service at your stand you’ll be using biodegradable glasses and dishes.

· If you have a shell scheme stand and are bringing roller banners, are these re-usable? Are you getting them printed onsite to avoid transport?

7.CO2 footprint

Please describe your plans to reduce the CO2 footprint associated to your stand build and exhibition activities. You might consider:

· Your packing materials.

· Transport of stand materials, builders and your staff.

· Working with local contractors to avoid travel.
