Thank you for participating in our Luminaries of Hope contest, and sharing how you #LetHopeShineThrough. To enter this contest, please fill out the following form. All entries must be submitted by Friday, December 10, at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Your luminary can be made from whatever materials you should choose. We encourage you to use a battery-operated light to power your luminary, as many crafting supplies are highly flammable.

The contest will end on Tuesday, December 14. Employees of Roswell Park and WGRZ are not eligible to enter.
