2019-2020 Partnership Survey

Thank you for being a part of Heartland Conservation Alliance, a cross-sector collaborative organization created to protect the natural resources that provide everyday benefits and enjoyment for all of us. Our Steering Council and Board of Directors want to ensure that the Alliance adds value to the work of each of our partners and that the collaborative is on the right course and having the impact intended.
