About me
My name is Paul Mercer and I am a security risk consultant.
I have spent 15 years working with organisations to improve their security risk management. In that time conversation has often focused on the changes that are afoot and the challenges facing the industry.
The concept of risk led security management has become an increasingly hot topic. It’s often driven by corporate security professionals striving to close the communication gap with the business. Other themes, such as demonstrating how security risk management adds value and elevating the security function to an enterprise-level feature heavily.
