Virginia Community Healthcare Association (VCHA) is now accepting presentation proposals for our 2026 Annual Membership Meeting and Conference, the premier gathering of Community Health Center leaders, clinicians, and partners from across the Commonwealth. Every year VCHA’s Annual Conference attracts more than 300 healthcare professionals and stakeholders and offers participants the opportunity to earn CEU and CME credits through engaging breakout sessions.

Presentation proposals should:
  • Highlight specific activities, methods, or techniques that actively engage participants
  • Include practical resources, tools, or takeaways attendees can apply in their work
  • Emphasize interactive, participatory learning experiences
We encourage innovative, hands-on sessions that share real-world solutions, best practices, and strategies relevant to Community Health Centers and the populations they serve.

Speaker Support & Honorarium:
In appreciation of your time and commitment, VCHA will cover conference registration for accepted presenters and provide a $3,300 speaker honorarium. This fee is all-inclusive and intended to cover preparation time, lodging and travel expenses.
