Edwin is the Massachusetts platform first released in winter 2013 designed to provide educators tools, resources, and reports to improve teaching, learning, and education outcomes. This interactive workshop will provide participants an overview of the entire Edwin platform (both Analytics and Teaching and Learning) including information on new features that will be released this fall. Hands-on sessions will give participants experience using a variety of components. The workshop is designed for four-person teams (no prior experience is needed) and will be available on different dates in several locations across the state:

The day will start with a plenary session that provides an overview of Edwin. Following the plenary there will be two (repeated) workshops - one on Edwin Analytics and the other on Edwin Teaching & Learning. All participants will attend each workshop.

Who Should Attend?
The workshop is designed for participation by teams that ideally include a combination of the following types of roles: district leader, school leader, data specialist, and teacher. The event is designed to accommodate participants that do not have prior knowledge of Edwin, as well as staff that have experience using parts of Edwin Analytics or Edwin Teaching and Learning. When designing your team, keep in mind that all team members will participate in an Analytics breakout and a Teaching and Learning breakout. Each team should bring (2) wi-fi enabled laptops for the hands-on training sessions.
**UPDATE** Districts can now register more than four staff to this training. Please submit additional registrations if you intend to bring a team of more than four staff.
