House Bill 2124: Expanding access for child care and early learning programs

This bill expands Working Connections Child Care eligibility based on employment or family participation in some early learning programs, including the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) and early ECEAP. It also ties dual language subsidies to inflationary increases.
