Anger Management Program The Anger Management Program is a structured, skills‑based course designed to help individuals better understand their anger, identify personal triggers, and recognize how anger affects thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors.
Participants will learn practical tools and strategies to strengthen self‑regulation, develop healthy coping skills, and respond to challenging situations more effectively. Through guided discussion and skill‑building activities, individuals can improve emotional regulation, reduce reactive behaviors, and enhance personal and professional relationships.
Program Requirements:
Commitment to 6 weeks Attendance at weekly online group sessions lasting 90–120 minutes
