Anger Management


Anger Management is a structured program that aims to increase individuals' awareness of their anger and its triggers, as well as their understanding of how anger can influence their thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors. Through participation in this program, individuals are equipped with the tools and strategies needed to enhance their self-regulation abilities and develop positive coping mechanisms. By actively engaging in Anger Management, participants can learn to effectively manage their anger, improve their emotional regulation skills, and enhance their relationships with others. skills.

Must be able to commit to 90-120 minute, online group sessions for 6 weeks.
