The purpose of this survey is to collect feedback on strategies and interventions developed for the Clayton County Housing Assessment & Strategy Report. The Project Team has developed four overarching strategies with a corresponding set of interventions. The four strategies are:
- Strategy 1 - Preserve the Range of Housing Types and Price Points
- Strategy 2 - Align Housing Growth with Amenities & Job Centers (Cores and Corridors)
- Strategy 3 - Sustain County and Regional Coordination & Track Progress
- Strategy 4 - Strengthen Private Market Momentum for New Mid-Market and High-End Housing
You will be asked to rank interventions for each strategy based on your level of agreement. If you do not support an intervention, please check the This Does Not Work option in the survey matrix.
