CMRPC is surveying Selectboards, Town Managers, Town Administrators, Executive Secretaries, and community leaders to gauge interest and to assess each town's preferences and/or opportunities for shared services or joint procurement of goods and services.
There are many successful models on a wide spectrum of goods and services that might be shared or jointly procured. We believe there is tremendous value in collaborative problem solving. We've used responses from this survey to launch projects for shared Animal Control, Building Inspection, Human Resources, IT, Accounting, Town Planners, Shared EMS, Joint Fuel Procurement, Auctioneer Services, and others.
