This questionnaire is for Fresno residents, community organizations, and local/regional units of government to provide input into the City’s 2027-2028 Annual Action Plan for funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Community Planning and Development (HUD CPD). The Annual Action Plan allocates the City’s funding from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS/HIV (HOPWA).
The input that you provide is critical to help the City of Fresno understand the most pressing needs of its low- and moderate-income residents, and to identify activities which most effectively address those needs.
The questionnaire is divided into the five strategic areas outlined in the City’s 5-year Consolidated Plan, which can be found at www.fresno.gov/housing. You may provide input to all five strategic areas or provide input only pertaining to the strategies most important to your organization.
