This Purple Graduation Cord for Military-Affiliated graduating seniors was an initiative started in 2023. Minot AFB continues to highlight military-affiliated graduates and we are honored to continue this tradition. Purple is the color of the ‘Month of the Military Child’ because it represents all Services and the sacrifice our youth make as​ they are moved around by their families.
