This survey is for presenters who can no longer attend ASHG 2026 and have identified a replacement speaker or wish to withdraw their presentation.
Please note:
- In order for staff to accommodate your request for abstract withdrawal or presenter change, please submit the request form as soon as possible and allow 5 business days for staff to review and confirm the change.
- All replacements must be approved by ASHG staff and are not final after submitting this form. ASHG staff will follow up via email to confirm approval.
- Before listing a replacement presenter, please check that they do not have another presentation assigned to them, including a speaker role in a Featured Symposium. Presenters are not permitted to present multiple abstracts.
- Alternate presenters must be registered as scientific attendees, not as guests, one-day attendees, or exhibitor staff.
