REDKEN ARTIST INQUIRY

In order to prepare for the journey to become a Redken Artist, we need to have your personal and professional information on file.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 2 years with cosmetology license currently working in a Redken Salon
  • Salon or Suite must carry minimum of 3 Redken color brands, haircare & styling

CLASS COMPLETION PRIOR TO REDKEN ARTIST AUDITION:
Redken Artist Candidates will need to have graduated from the following classes:

Redken Shades EQ (recommended)
Redken Haircolor Authority OR Color and Know Why

Once you have completed the required Career Path Education listed above, you are ready to submit your Redken Artist Audition Package. It must be submitted to the RedkenPowerNetwork@redken.com for consideration. Audition Package is an important step in the audition process. We will accept Digital Artist Audition Package only.

AUDITION PACKAGE INCLUDES:
STEP 1: 30 MINUTE AUDITION VIDEO
Teach a Haircolor technique using all Redken Products on model or mannequin. (upload to YouTube, publish as Unlisted, then share the Link)
STEP 2: 3 MONTHS OF SALON STATISTICS (Services & Retail)
STEP 3: RESUME
STEP 4: HEADSHOT
STEP 5: 3 LETTERS OF PROFESSIONAL INDUSTRY RECOMMENDATION
STEP 6: SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS (Show casing your work - portfolio)
