Purpose and Eligibility

Purpose:
The A4LE Southern California Chapter Scholarship supports members pursuing professional development by offsetting registration and travel expenses for the Southwest Regional Conference taking place in Las Vegas, NV, April 29, 2026 – May 1, 2026. This scholarship is designed to expand access to meaningful learning opportunities and strengthen participation within our chapter.

Participation in A4LE conferences and programs provides access to best practices, emerging trends, and peer insights that elevate the planning, design, and delivery of educational facilities. This scholarship helps ensure that financial constraints do not limit opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to the future of learning environments.
Eligibility & Requirements:
To be eligible, applicants must be an active member in good standing of A4LE Southern California.
Preference will be given to school district employees and Accredited Learning Environment Planners (ALEP).
Consideration may also be given to lapsed members or non-members who demonstrate an intent to join A4LE.
Applicants must submit the following materials:
A completed application survey form.
A letter of support from a supervisor on company letterhead, addressed to the A4LE Southern California Chapter Board of Directors, and signed. Please email these directly to Stephanie Stewart (SW Region Director).
Submittal Deadline:
Please submit no later than 5 PM on Friday, March 6, 2026. Scholarship winners will be notified on/about Friday, March 13, 2026.
