As an Optimist, your voice matters.

Optimist International is committed to supporting you, your club, and the work you do in your community. This survey gives you the opportunity to share honest feedback and help shape the future of Optimist International.

The survey takes approximately 12–15 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. We encourage candid responses—individual answers cannot be identified. At the end of the survey, you will have the option to access a separate form to share your name and contact information if you would like to connect further. Using that same link, you may also choose to enter a drawing for a $100 gift certificate to the Optimist MerchStore. Participation in the drawing is optional and not connected to your survey responses.
