2026 Middle Waves Food Truck Application

June 6, 2026 - Headwaters Park

Middle Waves Music Festival is a regional music festival held at Headwaters Park in Fort Wayne, IN. Along with live music, the festival features a vendor area, game zone, art zone, and a selection of food trucks.

Food trucks will be located just outside the pavilion at Headwaters Park.

Please note: No MLM or direct sales companies will be accepted.

Food Truck Details & Guidelines
  • Submitting this application does not guarantee participation.
  • Selected food trucks will receive an invoice; registration is confirmed once payment is received and signed contract is returned. Your spaces will be held for up to 30 days after the invoice/agreement iare sent, through May 1. After May 1, your space will only be reserved with immediate payment and return of contract.
  • Space is limited.
  • Food trucks are responsible for securing their own permits.
  • Registration fee: $250.
  • Middle Waves provides all beverages.
  • Please indicate any power requirements.
  • Load-in and load-out details will be shared closer to the event.
