The mission of the Arts and Culture Commission (ACC) is to help create an exciting arts community in El Cerrito. The ACC is seeking the community’s help to outline how the mission of the ACC can be implemented, as well as how to spend Public Art Funds, with the intent of building a flourishing and vibrant arts community. Any activities arising from this survey are under the purview of the the Public Art Fund - a restricted fund that is not funded from the City’s General Fund.
