Association for Accounting Marketing’s 2026 Rookie of the Year Award
Nominations for Rookie of the Year will be accepted from Thursday, January 8 to Thursday, February 12. You do not need to be an AAM member to nominate a candidate, but your nominee must be a member. Self nominations are also accepted. Nominees will be contacted to submit a background form describing their contributions to AAM and the Accounting Marketing industry.

- Nominee will have no more than five years in total work experience
- Nominee will have no more than three years accounting marketing experience by December 31, 2025
- Nominee must be a current AAM member
What are the judging criteria?
- Performance in their role
- Impact of work on the firm
- Involvement within AAM and the accounting profession
- Involvement within their local community
In the case of an extenuating circumstance, the Hall of Fame will have discretion in determining the outcome.
Please note, the winner of the Rookie of the Year Award will be expected to give a short speech at the Awards Ceremony event held on May 19 at Summit.
