GRC Summer Events - Stallholder Expression of Interest 26-27

Thank you for your interest in trading at our upcoming summer events:
  • Magic of Christmas - Saturday 5 December 2026 (30 vendors)
  • Australia Day Picnic - Tuesday 26 January 2027 (10 vendors)
  • Lunar New Year Festival - Saturday 6 February 2027 (30 vendors)

This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) only and does not guarantee approval to trade at the events.
  • EOI closes at 5:00pm on Saturday, 10 October 2026.
  • Successful applicants will be notified via email and asked to complete a Successful Stallholder Application Form, including submission of required documentation to comply with Council policies and relevant legislation.
  • Failure to provide adequate documentation or meet the deadline may result in your position being offered to another vendor.
  • All successful applicants will be subject to Application and Site fees as per Council's Fees & Charges (Page 59-60).
  • Selection is based on product variety, community benefit and previous compliance history.
