CUR Division Representative (Number of openings available vary by Division)
The Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR) is now accepting nominations for Division Representatives across all divisions. Division Representatives serve as programmatic leaders within CUR, advancing the organization's mission by fostering community, developing educational initiatives, and supporting engagement within their division and across the broader CUR network. They play a key role in cultivating a vibrant, inclusive, and forward-looking community that advances opportunities, belonging, and innovation in undergraduate research.

Division Representative Expectations
Division Representatives support members of their division in activities and programs that align with CUR's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values. Representatives serve as programmatic leaders and:

- Participate in divisional meetings and required CUR leadership gatherings, including the Annual Leadership Meeting
- Act as ambassadors for CUR within their institutions and the broader undergraduate research community
- Develop educational content, programs, and initiatives that support divisional members and align with CUR's strategic priorities
- Foster connection, mentorship, and engagement within their division and across the CUR community
- Collaborate with fellow Division Representatives, Councilors, CUR staff, and organizational leadership to advance divisional goals and initiatives
- Serve on divisional committees, task forces, or working groups as needed
- Engage in CUR programming
- Commit to a three-year term and maintain active CUR membership
